This Nightmare is just getting started.

🌎 This is an Imagination, which most of Israel wants to come true. 🇮🇱

Amongst all this chaos of the Russia - Ukraine war, US nuclear submarines reaching the shores of South Korea, N. Korea showing power moves like a spider raising itS front legs, "showing off the intercontinental ballistic missile", One more story needs attention. ☣️

For the past few months, Israel and its people are defending the ultimate right to keep the order of the supreme court as a final say in policy and decision-making, distributing the power in law but the government's reign is not that easy to shake. People have been demonstrating their fear on the streets, outside parliament, from their homes and almost any place you can search on the internet, they are there and they are vocal.

Vocal about what? Vocal is about how too much power corrupts one thinking, goals, ideology and overall decision making and this is what the Israeli government led by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has done.

As I was writing the post, I saw the news, they did it. Israel’s parliament passed the controversial “reasonableness” bill, the first major legislation in the government’s plan to weaken the judiciary.

WHY SHOULD I CARE?

Now the question is how this affects the people of Israel, and if you are one of that egoistic narcissists who only care about what's happening in your country and your area, then this concerns you as well. Because this decision not only will change the course of Israel's future but also of the world.

How come, you say? well my friend, In simple words, This bill allows the Israeli government to surpass any order as they have now the ultimate say.

I see It's not that bad

Any rules, regulations, bills, laws, acts, and amendments can now be done by the Israeli government.

Well Okay, that's what China is doing and Russia as well - How's that bad for me, you say?

Israel is a parliamentary democracy, not a communist country like China and a multi-party representative democracy like Russia. I mean saying Russia is a multi-party representative democracy makes me laugh so hard. As we all know who is the power of authority in Russia and China? The books don't matter, by the book I mean, you can say whatever you want - you are, but the legislation of a country should always hold the upper ground in a democratic nation. If you are above the LAW, then You become the LAW.

Now You see where I am going with this, China and Russia for the whole world are not an icon to admire or share an ideology which the modern world agrees upon.

But how does it affect me, you say?

   • The country invests approximately 5.3% of its GDP in defence, indicating a significant commitment to military capabilities.

   Entrepreneurship and Innovation Culture:

   • Tel Aviv, Israel's tech hub, ranks 6th in the Startup Ecosystem Rankings 2021, emphasizing its thriving entrepreneurial environment.

   • The country has the highest density of startups globally, with over 1,600 new startups founded in 2020 alone.

   • Israel is a leader in venture capital investments per capita, attracting substantial funding for its startups.

     Strategic Location:

   • Israel's location provides easy access to three continents, making it an attractive gateway for international trade.

   • It has signed free trade agreements with numerous countries, facilitating export opportunities and economic growth.

THE CASE FOR INDIA

Fortunately for India, as of 2023, Nothing will change much. This is because of the cute and loving friendship between our leader, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, but this is an IMPORTANT BUT, India is a democracy and we don't know who will come into power in 2024 and what relationship they might have with Israel.

And how this plays out within Israel is something that none of us can really predict. A country fighting, living and breathing in conflict, is now full of it. I can only hope that the people in power do justice to the decision and do good for Israel and for the world altogether because what this bill actually does is that it rips the power of the judicial system to have a say in government decisions, so the question comes to this only, should a government have rights above the judicial system.

I might not have done justice to explaining this complicated, yet simple event, and I apologise if I hurt any sentiments here. All I want to do is to give you a piece of my thoughts about the future of the world involving Israel's colossal role in it and then make you think about this changing landscape of earth, and make you ask this question, why are we even doing this?
